What specific application are you experiencing issues accessing? Depending on the Xfinity ID being used, some applications and features may not be accessible. Have you also confirmed that you are using the Primary Xfinity ID in order to gain full access to your Xfinity account?
In case there are other Xfinity IDs on the account, we recommend visiting our 'What is an Xfinity ID?' support page to use the Online Lookup Tool and see if there is an alternate ID to use.
