Hulu / My Disney Activato Issue
I am not able to activate my Hulu / My Disney account. I have chatted multiple times with no resolution. I need the activation email sent to me as I never received one and the activation page does not work there is no button to select activate it just says status included.

Yes! The activate button is not there. It just says status included.

I’m having the same issue. After multiple chats and phone calls, they finally told me that it’s a known problem right now and that multiple people are having this issue since it’s a new offering or something like that. They said they’re working on fixing it, but couldn’t give me a time frame. It’s been a few days.

Did you use the link in the email from Xfinity to activate? I had to ask them to resend me the link because I never received one. If you try to activate through the app it's going to ask you to pay for a subscription.

My issue is that after I put in my Disney+ credentials, it says I'm not eligible for the service. I've already hit activate on my XFinity subscriptions

I just switched and was able to activate my Disney+ with my credentials I had when I was paying for it. I cancelled my bundle and added the new one to my existing account and now Disney+ is working, but Hulu says I don’t have an active subscription. Please help.
