How can I access my account?

When I create an Xfinity ID with my SSID, DOB, and phone number it says "This information doesn't match our records"
Is there a way I can contact somebody to solve this?

Hello @Jtaveras, and thank you for reaching our about your ID creation issue. That message normally comes up when trying to create an ID after already having one at another address. Have you had our services before in the past at another home, or made one for someone you know account other than your own?

Thanks for the information, is there another phone number that you can try? We can always go back and edit this information later.
