Horrible websight

The web sight is so slow and very difficult to navigate. The live chat is worse, you spend 30 minutes trying to get a simple question answered.

Or if you're having trouble accessing other websites as well? Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and does the issue persist across multiple browsers?

I've had the same experience with the slow website.  I've been an Xfinity customer for 4 months now.  Each month I go on to check my account the website is so painfully slow.  All pages take forever to load and many times they just don't load at all, and I have to start over.  I feel like I've went back in time to dial up Internet speeds.  After doing some research I've found this isn't an isolated issue.  Many Xfinity customers have been complaining about the slow Xfinity website for years.  I think it's because Comcast has very little incentive to improve the website due to people being locked into contracts, lack of competition, etc.  ChatGPT agrees and recommended to use the mobile app if possible.

In the meantime, using the Xfinity app is definitely a good workaround — it tends to be more responsive and easier to navigate than the website right now.
