"Hmm, the page didn't load correctly" upon sign in
I get this error message on multiple different browsers (chrome, safari) and devices (OS X, Android) when I log into my xfinity account.
The URL is https://customer.xfinity.com/?beta=1
It looks like I'm part of some beta treatment but https://customer.xfinity.com/?beta=0 also does not work.
I can't administer my account due to this bug.

Hi, @user_3a0a6e. Thanks for letting us know about your login issue. I checked your account and there is no username assigned. Did you have a previous account? If not and you made one when signing up it did not take. I recommend making a new one https://comca.st/3a7zLSU .
If it tells you your information is already in use you will have to call our customer security assurance at 1-888-565-4329
