Hmm something went wrong

Just made a new account and wouldn’t let me verify phone number or email address. All I get is the message “hmm something went wrong” and now when I try to sign in it wants to verify my phone number but when I do it says “doesn’t match our records” My roommates do have an account at the same address but they’re leaving and taking wifi with them. Need to get my pan set up

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

  • Press Enter to send it
