Have yet to receive my “Account change request form”

I am appalled at how difficult this process has been. I filed for an account ownership change on 5/22/2026 and have still have yet to receive the “Account change request form“ Xfinity requires you to fill out. I have contacted them 4 times, with no avail.

user_pexwtm I would be pretty frustrated if I were in your shoes too and this is not a typical experience. Without sharing anything personal or too much detail, have you triend to just create a new account under the new owners name?
