Error when attempting to move service to new address

I recently moved but the system is not allowing me to migrate the existing account to the new address. Getting the following error message:

"Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.

Please contact the account owner to continue."

It will also not allow me to set up a new account at this address.

Hello thievs, thanks for reaching out to us here with this concern. Are you signed into the primary username on the account when trying to transfer services? Also, do you get an error message when you try to create a new service order at the address in question?

Yes I am the account owner, signed in under the only username. When I attempt to set up new service I receive the same error message as above, thanks.

Gotcha. What probably happened is your username isn't listed as the account holder. This is an error that happens sometimes. I can fix it for you! Can you please reach out privately?
