Error upon Xfinity Mobile Login

In every attempt to log into Xfinity Mobile, I've gotten the "Something went wrong" message. This also displays on the app. Is there any way to fix this?

@user_bc87 I do apologize for we are not able to initiate the direct or private message. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

was this resolved? i just switched to xfinity mobile on sunday and i haven't been able to access my account via desktop computer (i'm on windows using chrome browser), the app on my android, or the chrome browser on my android.

You can reach them by texting or calling 1 (888) 936-4968. You can also chat with an expert here. Please let me know if you run into any issues with the phone number or the link.

@jewels_xoxo​ Issue was not resolved. I've been on the chat 2-3 times since. Called today and was told I should try again around 5pm.

Same issue. I have never been able to login to my account. My card was stolen and I have to use quick pay for my bill every month. Then calling cust serv won't let me validate and says my social is invalid. I am a security professional and have licenses so my info is verified. Why is this so common?

I also continously am unable to log in to my mobile account on any brower or the app.
