ERROR Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now Please return to My Account Over

Hello,
I keep getting the error message "ERROR Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now Please return to My Account Over" whenever I try to access the billing and payment page. I've tried multiple devices and they all aren't working.

I have also refreshed my browser, deleted cookies, tried 3 different computers and different browsers, and verified the Xfinity I.D. The mobile app does the same.

Kindly assist

Hi there @user_bvzufa ! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community Forum about your log in issue. Have you been able to log in with the same credentials in the past?

Yes. I can log in.

I should add that I took over an xfinity account after moving into an apartment.

@user_bvzufa Thanks for confirming and providing that new information. It may be that the ID you are using does not have permission to view billing and is not the main ID for the account. Could that be a possibility in this instance? If so, details on how to change user permissions via the primary ID are located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts
