Error code for Peacock
I am not able to link my peacock account to my xfinity subscription from it. I keep getting the error that my account is linked to another peacock subscription with the error code: PPG_0017_7805de1. I havent setup the account yet. I need it to be reset so I can link my account and start using my subscription. I need someone to clear the stuck activation token on my identity. I currently pay for xfinity 1G wifi and have a mobile plan as well so i got it as a perk for signing up.

I appreciate you providing the detailed information that is helpful to know you haven't set up the Peacock Premium service and would like to investigate further.
From experience, I've seen at times that the Peacock Premium service may attempt to automatically link any associated emails with your account. With you receiving the linked message, have you attempted to log in directly at the Peacock website with all email addresses associated with your account: https://www.peacocktv.com ?
I've also seen at times the linked message may be due to the Xfinity ID was associated with a different address, did you happen to transfer service or use the email address with a previous Xfinity account?
