Error code for Peacock

I recently moved to a streaming package and already unlinked my old account number from my profile. I am completely locked out of Peacock by error PPG_0017. I need a Tier 2 specialist to open an ECM ticket to clear the stuck activation token on my identity.

We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting the Peacock Premium streaming service. Do you currently pay for an Xfinity StreamStore bundle that includes Peacock, or receive it via NOW TV, Xfinity Membership status, or having our Xfinity 1 Gig Internet or higher speed tier?

I recently moved to a new building in my apartment complex and I had peacock through a promo with xfinity previously. My peacocks account is locked on that with my old address through xfinity and it won’t let me start the subscription through my new stream package because of that.

Please send us a DM with your name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.
