Email issue [Edit]

I can’t sign into my 

email at [Edit: "Personal Information"] it comes up in Spanish I donot speak or read Spanish and I need to change my password the one I have isn’t working

If the Xfinity sign in page is appearing in Spanish, this is usually related to browser or device language settings rather than your email account itself.

Please try the following:

• Scroll to the bottom of the sign in page and look for a language option, then select English if available
• Open a private or incognito browser window or try a different browser
• Go directly to https://login.xfinity.com

To reset your email password, visit:
https://www.xfinity.com/password
Then choose I do not remember my password and follow the prompts.

If the page continues to load in Spanish, clearing your browser cookies and cache may help remove saved language preferences.
