DOB and SS number incorrect AGAIN. Please help

When creating my Xfinity mobile account I must've accidentally entered my SS and/or DOB incorrectly and I cannot add services as it gives me an "invalid info" message.  I have been on the phone with Xfinity customer service for over 3 hours and spoke to 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and the issue is still NOT resolved!  I am astonished that no one can help me update my information!  This has taken wayyyyy too long and I'm about to cancel ALL of my Xfinity services and go elsewhere!

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
