Did not receive a confirmation email and can't sign in to my account

I ordered internet service about an hour ago and have not received a confirmation email yet, so I am not sure if the order went through. I also cannot sign into my account, and when I try to look it up using my mobile or email I always get "This information doesn't match our records," even though I remember being asked to set up my Xfinity ID while making the order. Thank you for your help.

To get started can you please send us a private message with your full name and address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
