We often find that customers may have established a scheduled payment rather than a payment arrangement. The Set up a payment arrangement for your past-due balance article will provide you with details about the difference between the two, and provide you with instructions on how to set up a payment arrangement if you are eligible. Alternatively, an installment plan can be used to restore service if eligible. Check out the Set up an installment plan for a past-due balance article for instructions on how to do such.
