Got email about managers on my account that can change my account info if I do t change my settings by dec 4th. I have no idea what it’s talking about. How do I address this.

Thank you for reaching out to us @Tomsal74! As the account holder or Primary user, you can decide who has access to your account and what they can do, including things like paying your bill, adding or canceling Xfinity services, and accessing Xfinity apps.
For detailed information about user role permissions this article here will guide you to the billing, appointments and moves, ordering products and services, and device action permissions each user role has access to.
In order to edit the user roles, you will need to sign in to the primary username on the account. This article here has steps on how.
While signed in to the Primary username, you can remove the other users on the account. This article here has steps on how.
