Credentials Invalid
Hello,
I have been unable to properly access or change anything about my account, including affirming the ACP price reduction, as every time I try to log in through a PC web browser--I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge--I get an infinite login loop. I am able to partially access some things in the mobile app but as soon as I want to manage the plan or look at other plans or do anything else it sends me to a page saying my credentials are invalid.

That is certainly odd, have you been able to use it before? We can help look into it with you here @user_987505, to get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. From there, go ahead and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" and send us a message with your name and address.
