Communication Error when accessing My Account

I get a communication error when clicking on my account. I am unable to log into the mobile app

Hi, @user_57c11b. There is an issue with creating ID's and attaching to the account and if you can visit https://comca.st/3vjVGzX and go through the process it should do the trick. Let me know if you need assistance.
