Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Yes, I phoned 800-934-6489 today and spend about 1.5 hours speaking  with an agent. She tried to be helpful, and also failed at getting me a second account for my non-business related activities. Afer trying a couple of differsent gmail accounts I had to enter into your system, she got back the same message I have been getting. She final said that if I phoned 800-934-6489, I woul be certain to get my problem corrected.

I have the impession that Comcast is trying very hard to go out of business. I have been a customer for many, many years. What a pity.
