Changing name on account
Hello, I need to update the name that is reflected on my account. It has my first name nick name currently but I need it to reflect my legal name. I did update it under the account information but it’s not reflecting on my mobile and internet billing statements.

Good morning u/user_zfdkik the fastest way to update your name on both your Xfinity residential and Xfinity Mobile account would be to visit a local Xfinity store with photo ID and fill out a quick form.

I appreciate the following post regarding the incorrect name on my account. I actually did what was posted in this forum and also spoke to the manager of the local office. He said he would fix the account and I didn’t need to worry any further. This didn’t happen and still has not been corrected.
My name is [EDITED: Private information.] in my Name is listed on both my wireless and my Internet account. I do also have the name [EDITED: Private information.] Listed on my mobile account. I do not know who this is and I’m not sure why they are on my account. There is no reason for them to be listed on my mobile account. I just added an iPad to my service and when the iPad came to my home, it had the incorrect name on it.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone at Comcast/Xfinity corporate could please fix this problem since I have already taken many steps to get this corrected.
Will I get a reply back regarding this issue telling me it has been corrected?
I’m at a loss For what else to do because the one 800 number customer service can’t make the change.
I thank you for your help and help this can be corrected ASAP.
