Change Xfinity account and forum username

Hello,
I would like to change my Xfinity account username as well as my username here on the forums as my account was just recently transferred to a new ownership.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast! Thank you so much for reaching out to us here on our Forum's page regarding your concerns of changing your usernames.

Yes, you can change your Xfinity ID username at any time, but it must be different from your old one. To change your Xfinity ID, sign in with your current Xfinity ID and password, click on the Account icon, then go to Account and Identity. Under Your Information, select Xfinity ID and Security, and then click on Change email. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and enter your new email address. Note that you cannot change your Comcast email address.
