It looks like your username has now been updated from what it was originally showing. Is there anything else we can assist you with today?

Thanks. You did exactly what was needed. I sincerely appreciate it.

I would like to talk/chat with someone who may be able to help me with the cost of my Xfinity internet service. A two year promo expires this month on my internet, the new price is much higher than  expected, the bundle discounts have gone away, so I would like to see if the current 5-year price lock-in promos might be available since I’m a 28 year customer. I realize I need to do this through a reply to whomever may contact me. Please have someone contact me via this forum. Thanks again.
