Change Primary User to another user
Hello I would like to remove myself as the primary user of the account and add my partner as the primary account user. How do I go about doing so? They are already on the account but I want to make them the primary and myself the secondary.

Good morning @user_p658td, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. You have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. If you would like to change the ownership of the Xfinity account to another persons name there are a few ways to go about that. The first is if both parties go to a Xfinity store with photo ID, the store can make the change. The other option is we can open a ticket to start the process, and the required documents will be sent to you via email that you would need to fill out and upload.
