Can't set up autopay

I go to Billing, click on Autopay, click on Edit Payment, and I end up seeing only a blank page. When I go into developer tools, it's clear I'm in an endless loop. I've tried on my Mac and on Windows, in Chrome and Safari.

sjmatta Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble managing your billing. it does sound like something is caught up, though I tried on my end with Chrome and was able to adjust my billing preferences. Just to check the basics, have you also tried an incognito tab, as well as clearing the cache/cookies on the browser?

I don't know why that didn't occur to me. I was trying on mobile, Mac/Windows, Chrome/Edge/Safari... but on all of those, I had the 1password extension enabled. That was what was causing the problem. Going into incognito mode worked perfectly because 1password was disabled.

@sjmatta sometimes it's the simplest things we don't think of that do that trick for us! I am so glad to hear that going into incognito mode fixed the issue for you, and you were able to get that working! Was there anything else that we could assist you with? I want to ensure you are 100% set. :)
