Can't get into page for my account

Hi when I click on my account it has a black screen with 3 black dots I have no other promblem but that.  Thanks

I have the same problem. Called comcast 10 times with no fix. They told me to go into in private which does show the info but it is not secure. I really need help.

Hello, clueless4! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with accessing content. Do you still get stuck on the blank page with the three dots or are you receiving a notification that content is not secure? (The "lock" at the top of the page will turn into a "i" when this happens.)

I am experiencing the same issue. On both my phone and PC, if I attempt to log into my account, I get three dots. Very frustrating!!
