Can't Find my Xfinity ID

Hello,

My Internet isn't working and is requiring me to sign in through xfinity and download the app everytime I connect.

I don't know who's phone number or email is on the account, I only have the account number. I tried calling support but they couldn't find the account under the address I gave them. Then I found out while trying to use my computer to connect and a friends xfinity id just to see what happens the address listed is literally just a "," 

Is there a way to get my xfinity ID im paying for it every month and it was on autopay so I'm not even getting the bills in the mail.

I do but unfortunately nothing works on this account, I've been trying to use the find my Xfinity ID but it looks like they inputted my address wrong originally so when it asks me for my address I can't get pass that part.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
