Can't activate eSIM on new line.

I recently connected several of my household phones to Xfinity Mobile.

When checking compatibility before purchase, one of the devices (Samsung Galaxy S20+) showed that it was compatible by IMEI with eSIM.

But after receiving the phone number, I have no way to activate the eSIM on this device, although in my personal cabinet the status of this device is shown as activated.

The instructions on the webpage "How do I activate my device with Xfinity Mobile?" did not help.

I attach a screenshot of the phone's cellular settings.

Is it possible to exchange the purchased eSIM for a physical one to insert it into the phone and use it with the received phone number?
