Can’t access primary account

I’m the account owner/only user. Two roles (primary and account manager) are showing up in online search at my address. Both are me, but I can only access manager role. I need to access Primary role, but to do so I need to reset Primary Password. I’m instructed to use my home internet to reset password. I AM on home network, but password system not recognizing it. 

can a human intervene……
