Can't access billing page

When I try to access the billing page it doesn't load and it gives me this error message "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')."

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

Hi there @user_4f2e14 we are happy to help you, but please make sure to submit a new post if you have any issues in the future. By you submitting a new post we can make sure you get the proper help. That being said since we are already talking let's make sure you are signed in correctly as only the Primary user or Manager have access to billing details. Do you know if your signing in to your profile as a Manager or Primary User?

I've got the same issue here. Tried to contact the online chat with customer service but to no avail.
