Cannot set up autopay

My mom is 90. I'm trying to set up auto pay for her account.  I keep getting a message that Xfinity is experiencing a high volume of traffic. It's been two days.  Any ideas?

Hi there, @user_t2jlut! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We are not seeing any alerts about a widespread problem with setting up autopay. Are you trying it via the app, website or both?
