Cannot remove a manager role from my account

I need to remove a manager role from my account, but I keep getting "[User] has an upcoming payment scheduled. Before changing or removing their role on the account, you'll need to remove the scheduled payment." 

I turned off all autopay already, and the account balance is 0.  Why can't I remove the manager user from my account?  Please help!

Greetings @user_91k1pv, we surely want you to have full autonomy over your account. I think the website may be stuck in a loop in this instanace, have you tried to clear your cache and cookies? If not, the article below will provide you with detailed instructions on how to do so. Once you clear your cahce and cookies, please close all tabs.
