Cannot access email in xfinity app

For two days I have been unable to load email onto my phone. I cannot access email through xfinity app. I sign in to my account but when I click "check email" it just runs and runs without loading.

user_ozpsjq Thanks for reaching out about your email access issue on your phone using the Xfinity app. Since the issue started, have you tried to remove the app, and reinstall to see if that corrects the issue with it not loading in?

Same problem here. 

@XfinityEricB : no, I will not be reinstalling the Mail app on my iPhone. Other e-mail accounts work perfectly fine ao it is an Xfinity issue.
