When you need to return Xfinity owned equipment, you may do so at your local Xfinity store. Simply bring it in and they will scan it in removing it from your account. (Always get a receipt for any return transaction.)
If you do not live near enough to an Xfinity store, you may also go to your local United Parcel (UPS) Brown Box store. They will return it on your behalf to our intake center at no cost to you. (Again, get a receipt!)
