Canceled account and never received an email
Canceled account on 4/28 and never received an email Confirming cancellation. I was also told I wouldn’t be billed for 4/28 and was still charged. Cannot get anyone who speaks accurate English on the phone. Very displeased with comcast and I have been a customer for over 6 years.

I am sorry to hear about the issues with the cancelation, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Usually when we put in a request to close an account, we pick a date for the billing to end on, and submit the request, and the account will close about 10 days later and backdate to the date that the requested last day of service, so depending on when you reached out to have the account closed, it is possible that the request is still pending, but we can take a look. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
