Cancel my service

I need to cancel my service and the fact that you are trying to require me to speak to a member is absolutely unacceptable.  Please respond and cancel my service.

We can definitely assist you with your concern. 😀 To do so we would need for you to send us a direct message that includes your full name and service address.  (I'll include some handy instructions below on how to do that.) 

Once we are able to get you verified, we can continue to assist you with your request. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary.

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page).

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

• Press Enter to send your message.
