Can Sign-In To Account, But Nothing In The Menu

Hi everyone, I am able to sign-in to my Xfinity account, but when I click the icon in the upper-right corner there is nothing in the menu except my name and a link to sign-out. Normally, I think there should be links for email, account details, etc. But, there is nothing there. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for any help or guidance.

@user_n3jffy Welcome to our community forum! Thanks for reaching out so we can make sure you have access to all the tools to manage your account online. Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you cleared cache and cookies in your browser?

@XfinityEmilyB​ Thank you for the response. Clearing the cache and cookies helped a bit. I now see menu items. However I still have 2 problems: when I click on "Check email" it just returns to the same page, it does not take me to my email. And, I am logged into my Primary account but I see nowhere to administer my secondary accounts.

This is my "primary account," so yes, there are other accounts linked to it. That's one of my problems. I can not find a way to administer those secondary accounts from this one, my primary account.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
