Can not acess account information 2-3-2024

I can sign onto my account but I can not acess billing or email or anything on Windows 11.

What is wrong with comcast why can I not do anything on the web site . I wanted to change my payment method but I can not do anything. I am thinking about dropping Comcast because of this I am very frustrated.

If you are still having an issue with your accessing your account at Xfinity.com I do suggest that you clear your cache and cookies and power cycle your device. This tends to clear most issues. If that does not work, please let us know so that we can continue to troubleshoot with you.

The my account page has not worked for over a month. I have to go to a brick and mortar to get anything done. 

Get this taken care of. Cache and cookies have nothing to do with this nonsense. I have been working on computers since 1983.

Shame on comcast/xfinity
