Hey there, user_px7xze, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Mobile information! 

 

Find your account number 
  1. Open the Xfinity app
  2. Go to the Overview tab
  3. Select the Xfinity Mobile billing tile
  4. Select Current Statement to view your most recent statement
  5. Go to the Settings tab
  6. Under Xfinity Mobile Account Holder, you can view your account number
Generate a transfer PIN 
  1. Open the Xfinity app
  2. Go to Devices
  3. Select the device linked to the number you wish to port
  4. Scroll down to Transfer your number or cancel this line
  5. Select the number and generate your transfer PIN
