Adding account manager

When adding someone as an account manager does their name appear on the bill alongside the primary user?

Hi there, @user_31bar4! That is a good question! The name on the bill would not be changed in any way when adding an account manager. If you are looking to change the name on the bill, the account ownership would need to be changed. Can a name be added to an existing account so there are 2 owners?

If you are referring to specifically the billing information, so that is displays two names, in some cases we can do so. It would usually display one name, then we can either do like CO or ATN and another name. There is a limitation on characters, but it can typically be accomodated. Please let me know if this helps.
