ADDING A PERSON TO MY ACCOUNT FOR BILLING PURPOSES

Hi,

I need to add my sister's name to the bills, but I don't see the option to do so on the website. I already added them on my account and have made them a manager. What I want in simple terms is for the name to  show on the billing statement.  So:

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

I read somewhere that employees may be able to do that from their end, is that still true? Who can I message? otherwise, how can I sort this out very fast?  I am in Maryland.

Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_282021!  We are so glad to hear from you and happy to help in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team to guide you in the right direction.  To clarify, you are looking to have your sister added to your account as a co-owner so that the name appears on the billing statement, correct?

Hi there, @user_282021 I hope you are having a great day! We are not able to change an account holder's name here. Both of you can visit your local Xfinity store with your photo ID. They have a form you can fill out to request that change. For example, the account would show John/Jane or John and Jane for the first name and then Doe for the last name as our systems only have room for 1 account holder. We are able to update your billing address and the name the bill would be mailed to. That could include both of your names without having them both as the account holder. If you printed a statement or had it mailed it would show both names. You are able to add your sister as a Manager, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses, which would give them billing permissions on the account. -Richard

Thank you. I already added her as a manager. I just want to make sure her name reflects on the bill as I have indicated. I dont mind if it is next to mine or /(slash) mine.Could you please advice the best office to visit in Maryland where I can actually be helped. Is there a  list of offices in Maryland? Thanks again.

Awesome, @user_282021 I can go ahead and check and see where the nearest Xfinity Store is located. Can you  please DM me your full first and last name along with your full service address so that I can get that information for you.
