If you're looking to activate/enroll in Xfinity's Seasonal Convenience Plan, you can do it yourself online. Enroll in and manage your Seasonal Convenience Plan gives the current enrollment process.
How to activate Seasonal Hold Go to xfinity.com/seasonal. - Select Enroll and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password. - Choose the start and end dates for the seasonal period. - Confirm your email and billing information. - Select the eligible services you want on the Seasonal Convenience Plan. - Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and applicable monthly charges. - Select Submit to complete the enrollment.
