Activate peacock after 90 day window has passed.

I finally got around to cancelling my peacock subscription because it is supposed to be included with my internet service.  when I signed up for the higher speed the agent told me I needed to cancel first and I just never did and the 90 window has passed. I finally cancelled my paid subscription and  I don't have the option to activate it in the xfinity app or web site any more.  How can I get assistance with activation?

We can submit a ticket to our Advanced Repair Team to assist with getting your Peacock subscription activated.

 

To get started, could you please provide your first and last name, along with the service address associated with your account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
