Account Problems

Dear Xfinity-Team,
I have trouble with my account. It seems, that I'm able to login but all I see is a page, showing:

Something unexpected happened.

Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please check back later.

Sometimes, I can see different categories in my account, like "plan", "billing", etc. but each time, when I try to open one, all I see is this error page.

Actually, I tried to order one of your internet-deals, but I couldn't complete it, yet.

Would be great, if someone could help me.

What is the primary user id? I use my email-adress as login-name.

@user_uhkeuv that's a great question. Your user ID/Xfinity ID is your login, and needs to be either a primary or manager level to be able to make changes on the account: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts

I typically use either my phone number or email address for log in as well. Is you email login either the primary or a manager role?

During the ordering process, my email adress was automatically set as login name. It's the only ID, I have so far.
