Account not available
I had to change my password on my main account—not easy to do when you’re overseas BTW!!! Now all I get is a message that the account is currently unavailable. I can access it just fine online but on my iPhone(my primary source) I get this message.
I have 4 other Comcast accounts and there is not trouble with any of them on my iPhone.
HELP! I’m overseas and I get updates from airlines etc on this account!

Hello, @user_b1312b, thanks for reaching out to our forum for help with that error message you keep running into. I hope you're having a good trip overseas, whether it's extended or short. I have all the tools to help get to the bottom of this for you, so you came to the right place. However, I want to make sure we're on the same page. When you say account, are you talking about accessing your My Account app?

No--I was trying to access my account with my iPhone. I couldn't connect to the primary account to change the password easily because it was hacked. It took quite a session with security to get it fixed. Do you go after people who hack into accounts? This jerk provided two emails and a phone number so he should be traceable.
