Account isn't functional
I can't use my account at all. I can't change my contact information, my service address, or anything. Every page I try to access on my Xfinity account says "Something unexpected happened. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please check back later."
I've tried:
- clearing browser cache and cookies
- using a different bowser
- using a different device
and nothing works. Please help!
