Account is showing inactive

I just upgraded my service and modem and called to get my new modem registered. My account was reset and told to check in 24 hours. Now my account says its inactive and I have lost access to my account details here. I can't see my plan, services, or devices.

Hello, @MariaRaducanu.Thank you for taking some time out of your day to post about the issue with your Xfinity My Account app. I use the My Account app often to keep tabs on my account, bills, and services, so I can understand the concern with it being unavailable for the moment. You're in great hands here with our social media experts, though, and we will make sure this is resolved for you before we part ways.

 

It can take up to 72 hours for your Xfinity My Account tp update after making plan and account changes. I will check back with you after that timeframe to make sure your account has updated.
