Account is listed as secondary user even though I'm the only account paying the bill
My account is listed as a secondary user. When I go to xfinity.com/password, a primary user shows up with no info, but an Xfinity username. I try to sign in with that username, but it keeps looping me back and I'm unable to reset the password for that primary user. I can not view my bill, make changes to the billing or view other plans with the secondary user account.
I've tried to reach an agent using the chat and the app for over an hour and I never got an agent.
