Account broken? "This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service"

I tried to use my xfinity login credentials to stream from the ESPN app, but I am getting the message: This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service. To add it to your service, upgrade now.

From Xfinity stream app everything works fine.

That is certainly odd, @user_6cfa4f. It sounds like you may need to have the network send a re-sync signal with your services to make sure that your devices are receiving the correct codes for their services. Please send us a Direct Message with the help of these instructions.

To send a Direct Message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I am having the same issues with multiple network apps.  This started when Xfinity changed my account number.  No one has an answer
