Accessibility

Who can help us, please?  My sigificant other has Parkinson's.  Due to a recent medical event he is currently hospitalized.  He is not currently lucid and cannot speak above a whisper.  His mind is somewhere in decades past.  His daughter has a Durable Power of Attorney to act on his behalf for all matters.  Since it is unlikely that he will ever be able to return home, she would like to change his bundle from cable-wifi-mobile to just internet & mobile, so that some TV will be available while his house is being prepared for sale, and so he will be able to use his phone if he recovers to that point.  Sadly, when his daughter attempted to make the change with Comcast, the representative insisted that they needed to speak with the account holder, which just isn't possible right now.  (I thought it was a violation of Florida law to refuse to honor a Power of Attorney.)  Suggestions please.

Thank you!  Will have the account holder's daughter (the POA holder) try this.
